It's freezing cold! The news is talking -6 below. So it's a good day to start my blog. It's days like today I'm glad I've started ALC and have a firm grasp on my household. I'm not leaving the house this week other than to take the kids to school. I'm so glad I don't have to take Katy outside to get a gallon of milk, or stock the fridge. IT's done.
Props for the mail carriers too. I had 2 coupon packs to mail to new members, and the mail carrier will pick them up. What service. It's the most underrated service in the world.
I've decided to bake chicken for dinner tonight. I'm going with a Sandra Lee Semi Homemade recipe. Jamaican Jerk Chicken. Marinate in 6 hours, then bake. Pinapple juice, jamaican seasoning, and canola oil as the marinade.
